spacious lounge area, convenient checkout processes, nice outdoor seating areas
The shower temperature control seemed finicky!!! A malfunctioning floor lamp left the room poorly lit!!! The hotel’s location in a housing development could use a makeover!!! it felt overpriced for the experience provided.

Does it deliver?
The rooms are spacious, perfect for a family stay, and the staff has a lovely demeanor that adds warmth to the experience.
Service can lag during peak times! Unfortunately, I found the food lacking in quality and flavor.

Such an 'adequate' stay, really. The shower temp was impossible on the first night, and breakfast items ran out far too quickly. You'd think with my elevated needs they would’ve thrown in a complimentary gesture or something, but no. I almost wrote a glowing review, but alas, here we are.

Chur, the staff were super friendly, but our dinner service was slow as. Breakfast was a bit cold and the tea was nearly ice water. not ideal, eh?

I enjoyed the comfy bed and the generous full Irish breakfast, which was a real treat! The sun terrace is perfect for chilling with a drink and soaking up some rays, and there's a lovely spot for enjoying morning coffee too. Just a small downside was that the bar service could be a bit slow, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

The lounge area boasts a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The layout facilitates easy navigation for seniors, creating a community-friendly feel throughout the hotel.
Noise from various events during busy times can disrupt the tranquility expected in a hotel stay, and some guests may find the layout of their rooms a bit awkward, particularly when maneuvering luggage. the limited vegetarian menu didn't quite hit the mark for those looking for diverse dining options.

Family-friendly vibes!
We stayed for a night and the kids loved the spacious family room! Staff were super friendly and helped us with a late check-in. Breakfast options were awesome, especially loved the in-room dining for a cozy meal. The only thing was the shower seemed to take a bit longer to heat up in the morning.
